This place has the WORST customer service that I have every dealt with. I had to have my car worked on because the axle seal was leaking and there was a recall on the back camera. They had to keep my car so they had to give me a rental car till mine was fixed. After I got my car back. The back camera works but the messed up the front camera in the process. Place is a joke, took car in for engine repair, they broke my seat, took it back so they can repair the seat and they left a big streak of glue down the middle of my leather seat. I wouldn't let these morons remove a straw from the wrapper, they'll probably break the straw.
Service department is such a mess. Made an appointment at 11:20, it’s 1:05 and my car hasn’t moved. Service says I’m next in line. Every time I’ve been here it’s the same mess. I’ll find another dealership to do my business with. Used to be a quality dealership .
I recently purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Quantrell Cadillac. I found the vehicle on autotrader.com. My salesperson was Todd Spears and he was amazing. This was a first vehicle purchase for me and doing it online, from another state, was a bit intimidating. Todd was responsive, kind, understanding, and patient. I got a fair price for the vehicle and he even arranged to get it shipped to my home state. Anyone looking to buy a vehicle from this dealership should try to work with Todd if possible. I have been dealing with the mix matched paint job on my 2017 Escalade for over a year. At first Quantrell's body shop said that they could not guarantee their paint on the plastic bumpers wouldn't turn yellow again if they repainted they, and now after a year the body shop (Kendra Tipton, Manager) is saying that they wouldn't stand behind the paint warrantee because the bumpers have been previously repainted. This dealership literally saved our Volvo experience. We had a horrible experience in Louisville and after 20 years of driving a Volvo, we were ready to switch cars because of it. Bob P. was kind, respectful, and listened exceptionally well to us and to what our needs/concerns were. His work rescued Volvo for us and we couldn’t be happier with our new car. Quantrell Collision:The serious problems with the car when released to us were satisfactorily resolved.the next business day. Advice: never release a repaired vehicle to the customer with error messages on the display. The employee follow up was extremely professional and caring.

In the last 5 years, however, I have grown increasingly concerned that a long-time, proud local institution has lost its commitment to customer service and, now, integrity. BEWARE!! We purchased a vehicle for our son here. Three days later, the clutch went out. Min. $2000 worth of work is needed to get it back running. Beware!.... I purchased a vehicle online through them and while it looked good in the pictures it's in need of 2000 worth of work just to be safe....Warm air conditioning..Exhaust held together with rubber hose clamps.rusty shocks and brakes and didn't even get a drivers side floor mat...Imsuggest you find a different dealer because these guys are shady.

I dropped my SRX off to get an oil change early yesterday morning and needed to get batteries replaced in my key remotes and have my rain sensor checked as my intermittent setting on my wipers aren't working. Earl Thompson checked my vehicle battery to make sure that wasn't the issue I was having with my remote batteries. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful which I truly appreciate.
I have dealt with Quantrell dealership for several yrs now and have not had a bad incident. The are nice, prompt and frankly AWESOME!!! In June while I was getting my 2008 CTS serviced, Mr. Dawkins offered to order a 2014 car for me if I knew what I wanted. Since I did, he prepared the paperwork. The new 2014s arrived in October while I was vacationing out of the country. The car was held for me until I returned. Ken Dawkins was our salesperson. He was very professional and not high pressure which are attributes we liked. He took time to explain different aspects of the car. Answered all our questions and took time to show us how certain things worked that we were not familiar with. Helped us set up Bluetooth and On Star and didn't try to rush us through it. Would use Ken again when we are in the market for another car.

This is a great dealership - the sales team is very knowledgable. They quickly figure out what's important to you in a car and don't try to oversell you. The deals they offer are very fair and you won't feel taken advantage of or like they think you're stupid.
I went with my father to assist him in purchasing a new Cadillac. We worked with Ken Dawkins and found him to be very informative and friendly. We have a 2010 Saturn Outlook. (GMC Acadia, Chevy Traverse, Buick Enclave). The tires are Goodyear Fortera HL. These are some of the worst tires we have ever owned, despite the fact that they are the most expensive. We had asked the dealer, Quantrell in Lexington KY, to check out vibration of the vehicle and steering wheel while on the highway. This was during the bumper to bumper warranty of 36,000 miles. Quantrell is known as a high-end dealership. Because of this I put a little too much trust in them when I purchased my car from them last year. We knew that Saab was going to be sold on that Saturday and Bob and Kevin assured us that GM had put money in escrow to cover the warranties on all Saabs. So, we felt comfortable buying the car. I've always been pleased with the service at Quantrell Volvo but my visit this week was exceptional. I took in my S60 for service as the check engine light was on; I learned the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. The estimate I received was around $1800 and I made a plan to bring back the car when the part arrived. I dropped off the car and received a loaner (which I'd never done before and very much appreciated) and then around an hour later received a "good news/bad news" call. That never sounds good but ...
