Dear Saturn Family Member:

As you may have heard by now, the deal with Penske Automotive purchasing the Saturn brand from GM has fallen through. GM has announced that they will phase out the Saturn brand. You are probably asking “Where does that leave me and who will take care of my Saturn?”

We want to assure you that while our Saturn sign has been taken down, we are not going away. As part of Quantrell Auto Group, we are still connected to GM and are the official “Saturn Service Provider” in the area. We will continue to do warranty repairs, non-warranty repairs and general maintenance on all Saturn products.

We are at the same address and in the same building as before; and you will find the same trained service and parts staff with whom you have done business all along. We still have parts in stock and can continue to get parts for your vehicle. Who knows your Saturn better than we do?

So while the face of the business may have changed, we have not. We will still give you the same care as we have in the past. After all, you are part of the Quantrell Auto Group Family.
